not my intention untuk menjatuhkan mana2 individu aswell as any organization refer to / mention from here on...
i just hope that it can later be lesson learnt to you out there whenever u wanna deal with below respective party...n hoping that the house can take my experience to improve their system as well as their customer relation service...

i finally decided to get one from THEIR collection!

so i dragged mr.doc to KM's outlet in Gardens to check out the coats...
unfortunately from 3 designs that im looking for, only ONE (COAT A) yg ade in the boutique at that time...
&
itu pon not my size!
yes KM malaysia only carries up till size 12...
n yes, i cant fit in size 12!
(pengakuan berani terjun lombong ok!)

with that i requested them to bring / order bigger sizes 14 & 16...together with the other 2 designs (COAT B & COAT C)...
they said they will get back to me later...

so i waited
.

for
2weeks!
still no reply on my request

so i decided to give them a call...
sadly the answer that i received wasnt to my satisfaction...
"ur request i dah fwd to our store manager n he will check with our merchandiser...once we received reply from them, we will CALL u"

though tak puas hati, still boley maintain professional lagie lagi la kan...
so i did gv them more weeks to CALL me...
1 week later tak puas hati i ajak mr.doc g gardens lagie...

i was sooo surprised when the SA said
"owh sorry mdm...we forgot to check with singapore branch...why dont U CALL THEM URSELF?"

i was stunt by her reply...
i took a deep breath, gather my composure then i tell straight into her face that ive been waiting for ages on it n it seems like they take it for granted!
i will call singapore branch personally & dont bother to say sorry as they dont deserve my apology!

i pujuk mr.doc buat KEJE GILER drive all the way down to singapore for 1night just to TRY ALL 3 COATS...
one fits nicely but another 2 i would prefer to put on a bigger size...
so i asked
"can u order a bigger size for me for these two coats (COAT A & COAT B)?"
the SA replied
"r u going to purchase both later?"
(in a berlagak intonation)
i revert
"nope...but higher chance that i'll purchase one of them...i would like to try the size 1st"

still in berlagak mode
"well then...we are sorry mam...we cant help u...if u would like us to bring these 2 coats, then u will need to buy all two"

Erm, very bad service tuu. Even other high-street brands pun kalau tak ada size kat kedai, they will ask if i want them to request from any other outlets. But hey, it's all about the services kan Verde? Brand mana-mana pun, kalau dah the person who entertained you memang tak tahu yang 'customers are always right', memang terukkk. I've entered KM here in UK a few times, and they've treated me like a queen - evetho i dress selekah je. While kadang2 kedai with low quality brands treated me likewise. :)
zura, i guess tak ramai Malaysian beli those products, and that is the reason why they decided not to sell in bigger sizes. Pasal the sales people tu, memang dasar pemalas lah.. I suggest next time kalau u nak beli winter coat, beli kat overseas. I memang suka the way their sales person jual barang2depa. Tak mengira culture (from my experience)... And sebab tu jugalah kat overseas, barang boleh dibeli dulu, and if it doesn't fit you, you can change them (tak kira policy 7 hari, berbulan pun still boleh tukar if you still have those receipt) and sebab tu jugalah ada lay-by and so on policies.... hehe, so, are you not going to do a contest on which colour you've decided to purchase?

Verde...bila baca ur story halfway i thot it's only in Msia (which mmg well known mostly sa kerekk sehhhh) but not expected the same for spore sbb all this while i would give a thumbs up to most spore sa be it kat high end outlet or even ordinary brand...since i'm in jb sbb tu i selalu prefer shop in spore...anyway i guess u kurang bernasib baik dpt SA yg failed kat both Msia n spore...but remeber semua ni pasti ade hikmahnya kan...so that's it...THE HAPPY ENDING is what u got :)
I'm impressed with the way you react to them..reading this already made me almost going mad...I memang tak sabar..mintak simpang laa i dari kena macam gini..habus satu store i run amok:) Why dont u write to their headquaters..this is really a very bad customer experience.
babe, kalau u still tak puas hati, just write to their customer service in UK to complaint. biar dia tau sikit their service in S'pore and M'sia sucks, big time.
i kena agree with ks, SA kat msia and spore sombong2 belaka. since i'm a plus size, memang sakit hati bila masuk gap and the likes kat kl coz i have no problem at all finding my size in the same store in the States and UK coz they carry all sizes.

My fren mmg dah anti KM yg KLCC tu..she used to be a regular there..once a mth mesti purchase sumthing but there was one time she wanted to alter her dress but they bloody charged them nak kecikkan..Now if she wants to buy any she'll go to Gardens.seems like Gardens pun kerek jgk yer..

n darl, i do my research well before i decided to buy any big expensive item...mmg boley purchase in uk but they dont do shipping to malaysia...even when i was turned down several time by KM msia n spore, i took proactive action to find solutions rather than giving up...i even offer to pay price of one coat to confirm my purchase but was turned down with lame excuses...
if u were happen to be in biz line, u tak segan ke customer yg buat keje you? its not a rocket science project pon to gv courtesy call to ur customer informing that the stock will be late ke or tak boley ke...for me its just plain alasan n malas...no pun intended
owh btw, dorothy perkins do take request on sizes...KM & DP, u analyze byk beza tak? ;D
so chill...if u want to voice up, make sure u understand the situation, read the passage well...rationalize n then bru judge the person k :)

I personally think it's so hard to please you. Apa you ingat when they place order from UK boleh amik pakai air liur je? If you request 2 special sizes/design then they have to pay for the items. You ingat UK supplier boleh bagi amik je and tak suka boleh return?? If you really want a special sizes item buy directly from the origin country (pun belum tentu boleh return). Tak yah complain about others coz later God forbid if you were to be in biz line you'd do the same thing too!
nasib baik Verde dpt gak d coat.. tak sabar pulak nak tengok u bergambar with that red coat.. betul la org ckp is a must! nak pulak nanti winter.. wahhh! hope semuanya berjalan lancar.

And it KM outlet in SG lagi mak ai sooooo bad svc.. but luckily u got wat u inginkan sis. Am happy for u darl :)

i pernah request lv bawak kasut in my size which is size 35. biasanya the smallest size the carry in is 35.5. tapi bila dah bawak size 35, still longgar walopon i mmg pakai lv size 35 (bought one before).
takde pon sa tu suh i bayar ke sebab i tak jadi beli coz tak muat. she even offered me to bring the shoes in size 34.5 summore.

its just bad attitude of the SA. thats the only reason behind it (IMHO).. but luckily u found another avenue to get the coat.. hoorayyy
